Meet April Liedtke — NASM Personal Trainer certification for Adults and Youth, NCEP Personal Trainer

As someone in my mid-50s who has dealt with my share of shoulder issues, back problems, and the frustration of feeling sidelined by injury, I know exactly how it feels to wonder if your best days of movement are behind you. Spoiler: they’re not. Since shifting my focus to yoga and light strength training, I feel more energized, more youthful, and more at home in my body than ever before — and that transformation is what drives everything I do.

I became a trainer and yoga instructor because I want you to feel that too. With four personal training certifications, including specialized Youth training, and a 200-hour Yoga certification in both Adult and Children’s yoga, I bring the expertise to meet you right where you are — whether you’re healing, rebuilding, or simply beginning. In our one-on-one and small group sessions, you’ll find a safe, encouraging space where progress is celebrated, your pace is respected, and you always know someone genuinely has your back.

The Sunlighten Therapy/Weight-Loss Sauna

This sauna is the only sauna on the market that offers all 3 Infrared Wavelengths!  You can set your program for Weight-loss, Pain Relief, Anti-Aging, Cardiovascular and Detox.  Must make an appointment to use for a 30 minute session.  Please bring a white or light colored towel to sit on and a small towel for your body. We rent towels for $1.00 each.

The Hydromassage Bed

Hot water jets massage the backside of your body and melts away tension and stress!  It’s amazing right after your workout or any time you just need a massage. Only .50 cents per minute, $5.00 minimum.  Recommended to make an appointment.

A clean, welcoming environment, just what you need to get back in the swing of training.

We offer a wide variety and some unique pieces of cardio and strength equipment, heavy bags, a Marpo Rope trainer, free weights, resistance bands and a Total Gym Power Tower!  If there is something you don’t know how to use, ask any of our employees to show you how to use them properly so you can get the most out of your workout.
